We have launched a new project, "Artivism - a chance for better coexistence."

From 1 May 2021, we are starting implementing a new project, Artivism - Chances for Better Coexistence,” supported by the EEA/Norwegian Financial Mechanism 2014 - 2021, Program Culture. The two-year project includes the innovation and expansion of our current activities in the field of ethnic-emancipatory cultural events, such as commemorations of essential days of the Roma nation, the preparation of new theater productions, and the creation of outdoor exhibitions under the Phundrado Vudar Gallery.
The complex project focuses on contemporary Romani art and is accessible to both the Roma and the majority of society. Our goal is also to support the establishment of Roma artists in the majority cultural environment.

Two important partners will participate in implementing the project: The Norwegian organization Kulturforening Iagori from Norway and the Center for Experimental Theater in Brno.
In cooperation with them, we will present more than 20 multi-genre cultural events, such as the celebrations of International Roma Day, the ARA FEST festival, or the premieres of two new original theater performances and the realization of art and photographic exhibitions.
We will inform you about the events both on the website and on our Facebook and Instagram profiles.
