Participants of the leadership workshop engaged in interactive games designed to facilitate the sharing of personal information, the expression of emotions, and the formation of new connections. These activities were specifically created to foster openness, trust, and mutual understanding among participants, while also helping to build a stronger team dynamic.

The Christmas evening was organized for guests as a diverse musical and dance program. The event featured a performance by a dance ensemble consisting of 29 children, as well as a concert by a Romani band. Guests were given insight into the history of the Salut Roma organization and its future plans through interviews with its representatives. Additionally, gifts were presented to the children from the dance ensemble, which were provided by the association. Tracksuits branded with the ensemble’s logo were prepared for the dancers. Following the two-hour program, a period of informal entertainment ensued, accompanied by live music. This Christmas event was made possible with the support of ARA ART, the Via Foundation, SRNM, and Káznice žije. The entire evening was filled with culture, information, and a pleasant atmosphere for all attendees.
