Who We Are, What We Know About Ourselves, and Where We Are Headed ?

Participants of the leadership workshop engaged in interactive games designed to facilitate the sharing of personal information, the expression of emotions, and the formation of new connections. These activities were specifically created to foster openness, trust, and mutual understanding among participants, while also helping to build a stronger team dynamic.
The workshop organized by Na Zemi focused on the topic of greenwashing. Participants learned how some companies use environmental claims for marketing purposes without genuinely adhering to ecological standards. During the workshop, they discussed various forms of greenwashing, how to identify them, and how to respond effectively. The aim was to raise awareness of this issue and to encourage participants to take a critical approach toward corporate environmental claims.
Participants of the leadership workshop visited the Museum of Romani Culture, where they explored the rich history and traditions of the Romani people. During the visit, they viewed historical exhibits documenting the lives of Roma across different periods and learned about key events that have shaped Romani culture. The tour also highlighted the role of Roma in modern society and their contributions to various fields such as music, art, and politics. The guided tour was accompanied by expert commentary, which sparked a discussion on the challenges Roma communities face today and the importance of preserving and respecting their cultural heritage.
Participants of the workshop discussed in groups the activities they would like to carry out in their cities. Each of the five groups prepared a proposal for a specific event they plan to implement. Details about these activities will be published after further development and execution, expected by the end of summer 2025. The aim of this initiative is to encourage young people’s civic engagement and demonstrate that even a small event can have a significant impact on their community. At the same time, participants are learning how to successfully plan and carry out their activities with the support of mentors from various organizations.
The workshop organized by Tuke.tv focused on preparing content for social media. Participants learned how to create engaging and relevant content that resonates with a broad audience. Each of the five groups was tasked with producing their own content; some groups focused on interviews with Roma personalities, while others conducted public opinion research on topics related to the Roma community. The goal was not only to teach participants the basics of content creation but also to motivate them to actively engage and promote important issues on social media.
